I liked that room service was 24 hours and the staff was always super helpful the bed was comfortable and the cleaning they did was great. The shower and toilet are great. The view is good too.

oh maaan, the breakfast was 6 star :D What an incredible selection! Very tasty food. Thanks! It is also rare to see this kind of friendly and helpful staff. I also liked that the mall was only few steps away.

Very clean, safe and great location. Located right beside Indonesian mall. Free breakfast and great service! We had to check out at 3 am and they accommodated this by having our free breakfast ready to go at that time!

We loved our stay at El Royale Jakarta!! Everything was so so wonderful there, the room, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, everything! Would definitely be back there when we visit Jakarta again!
